He is one of the youngest and highly learned professional of this industry with excellent understanding and expertise in Business Development, Administration, efficient employee engagement, Key Account Management, Facility management & Team Leadership. He is a lifetime member of NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management). He had been presently elected as Hon'ble Treasurer of NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management) Nagpur Chapter and has also been appointed as Deputy General Secretary of Maharashtra State Chapter by CAPSI (Central Association of Private Security Industry.
